I will try to answer your questions as fast as I can and as detailed as possible.
There are lots of products out there that claim to be "health benefits" (although not always "effective" in the sense that doctors and the FDA say that something is). These products are often marketed as "alternative" to standard prescription drugs, which have a long list of side effects that are almost all too real and deadly. The truth is that some products are actually very safe, especially when you use them as directed by your doctor or health care professional. But many are not. I am going to review many of the products to find out how safe they really are. What does the FDA say about drugs? "In general, a drug is an effective treatment or treatment-related procedure, when it is shown to be safe and effective, or when it is safe for the patient to take." Is there a place where we can purchase "alternative" treatments to find out if they work? This is where you come in. I have a list of products that are considered "alternative" but that I have personally used and used well. You can also search my website to see if there is a product you want to try. I have many products that I use in my personal practice, or my consulting.
