How to determine the appropriate dosage for the product you are considering. I suggest you consult a doctor or dermatologist if you are concerned about the dosage of any specific product or supplement. The dosage may be a little more or a little less than the dosage in a drug product. I don't recommend you try any product until you are sure it is right for you, especially if you have a history of skin problems. A light skin is not necessarily a sign of a problem. If you have light skin, you will still feel sunburned, it just might be more intense or be more obvious. I have noticed in some of the products I have used, I sometimes get pimples on my face. This does not mean that I am allergic to the product. I think this is just part of the skin being exposed to the sun.
In general, you have to decide on an effective dosage. It is best to use 2-3 tablespoons of product per day, every day. For some people this might be too much. I have noticed that for people with light skin, it is not easy to apply a lot of products for the first time.
